11 tracks that are following the concept of the photos: when in the winter of 1921 D.H. Lawrence, in Sicily with his wife Frieda, decided to embark on a journey to discover Sardinia, he certainly would not have imagined the cultural impact of that adventure recounted in black and white in Mare e Sardegna. Despite the brevity of the tour, the English writer was able to provide a poetic image of the island and its people, still recognizable today. A century later, photographer Daniele Marzeddu retraced the stages of that adventure with the intention of building a bridge between Sardinia and other overseas lands, investigating whether any memory of that journey remains, beyond the commemorative plaques and busts in various parts of Italy.
